My name is Bill Jones and I am a Indianapolis, Indiana area photographer focusing on fashion, glamour and swimsuit photography. My wife often accompanies me on shoots as my assistant.

My primary goal is to produce photos good enough for magazine submissions.

I take my profession very seriously I am constantly trying to improve my skills in lighting, concepts & themes, posing, and the technical aspects of photography. I learn by attending workshops, working with other photographers, reading books and magazines, as well as taking college classes.

Although I am very serious and passionate about this business I also like to have fun. I like to talk and joke with my models while we are working. I have become close friends with almost all of the models I have worked with in the past.

I prefer location shoots either natural light or with studio lighting equipment. I like to capture models in their natural surroundings such as a beach, a farm, an elegant house or a fine hotel.

If you are a new model and looking to improve your portfolio please contact me. I enjoy helping new models get started in this business. If we agree to do a shoot I will email you some basic poses and facial expressions to practice in front of a mirror prior to the shoot. During the shoot I will work with you to perfect these poses and expressions. I will provide you with quality images as well as educate you in modeling in hopes that this will make your future shoots easier and more comfortable.

What to expect from working with me

* You will need to fill out Model Release forms (PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY your email/address, if you want to receive the pix)
*If you have ANY locations that you would like to shoot at, feel free to let me know.
*If you have any style preference that you like to do, feel free to email me the images of the pix that you like to go for.

Before the shoot
*Drink plenty of water!!
*Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep!
*FEMALES: Please always come with Makeup & Hair ready, unless you will have a makeup artist that you like to bring to the shoot. Also.. feel free to bring an escort, but please just bring one, so we could work and not get too distracted.

During the shoot
* I'm always open up to ANY ideas that the model would have in mind, I'm here to build both model and my portfolio, so if you have any theme that you like to do.. feel free to ask
* I will snap a lot of random pix, to get the right lighting that I want...
* Don't be scared if I snap a shot while chatting with you, because sometimes I will capture NATURAL looking shot, those always turns out THE BEST
* Show lots of ENERGY!!!
* If you have numerous expressions, that would be a plus!

After the shoot
* You will receive at least 3-10 edited pictures in 7 to 10 days, as my thank you for coming out to do the shoot. If you request a cd containing the edited images please allow an additional 10 days to allow for shipping time.

MY RATES can be negotiated...
I do accept selective TFP/CD sessions, if you are close to me then I will be more willing to do a TFP/CD shoot with you.
