That part of it should be OK now. Wordpress has a mechanism where it adds markup to pages and most of the time it helps. This time it didn't. It doesn't handle anchor tags well. I had to install a plugin to stop that automatic insertion of markup....

A single 301 redirect is searchable, a 302 is not. I think <--note "think" that multiple 301's will drop you out of the rankings. So a redirect to a redirect will not be indexed. I think.

Well I signed up for my domain with godaddy then tried to transfer it into Yahoo, which I found would have taken two months. So I canceled the GoDaddy, losing 12 bucks, and did it, with a different domain - for the time being, with Yahoo....
