Are you sure? Because I was under the impression that possession of such could get you in trouble. I mean, if you have a picture of a half naked 15 year old on your computer, you could be in possession of kiddy porn.

[notlegal]"Simple" nudity in an image of a minor is NOT illegal. It becomes illegal when sex is incorporated or it crosses lines like having "lascivious display of the genitals." The problem is that the lines are not always clear, and in some cases someone simply TRYING to make a case that your image crosses the line may ruin you even if a jury acquits you.[/notlegal]
