I would have filled out a form somewhere but there isn't one except for the help desk one.

Sorry, missed the thread in the midst of my out of state travels, but this was SUPPOSED to have already been addressed, I didn't realize it hadn't been. Let me holler at Daniel & Chris.

Any specific dates/times of problems would help

This thread really caught my eye 'cause I thought it was already done, but due to NUMEROUS issues & people often not reporting stuff when it happened we've closed Chat.
We'll open it when we can schedule a monitor or when we have special events like speakers & such, but for now pool's closed, as they say.
