Tripods ( for studio work mostly)
So I have an old Bogen tripod which I hate and the legs are wonky. I am mostly needing a tripod for tabletop work and would like something stable and without a center column. Will be shooting 35mm mostly.
This is for work so I am not paying. Not saying money is not an object but I want to make sure that I get a tripod that is versatile, long lasting and that I am not going to have buyers remorse because it can't do something that I need it to.
Is a ball head tripod necessary to make life much easier? I am relatively short (apx 5'5") so I don't need a monster tripod -- I am leaning towards A Really Right Stuff Tripod.
Any recommendations, feedback, suggestions?
Thanks!
Manfrotto, makes good tripods. I would get one with the pistol grip you can easily adjust the angle.
